I am asking for financial assistance to move forward with legal action, with the hopeful outcome with the brokerage firm improving their security and support. If anyone can help from this unrecoverable situation, as I still cannot access the little funds left in the account, I will always be extremely grateful, thank you so much in advance, and thank you for reading.

In Short:

Since the 23rd of January, a Brokerage, stock-trading app, locked me out of my account, stating I can still close positions which was not true, stuck with all shares I owned, I cannot sell or transfer anything within my account, and now incurring continuous losses on everything I put into it. The Brokerage is saying my account will be locked for up to a month, or longer, which means it can be indefinitely, and they are allowed to do this to your account.

Backstory:

I moved in two of my family into my home, where one has been diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma and cannot work for much longer. They previous were being sharked with 40%+ APR Daily compounding interest for vehicle/other loans that were required, where they were hardly able to buy food.

I transferred all debt into my own name to ease the situation and give some financial freedom.

Now the goal was to pay off my own debt and my families debt. I turned to investing to try to ease the financial situation. Things were looking much better, but my mistake was using this brokerage firm.

My current situation is approximately 90K total debt, including what I took over, and was looking to pay off the majority through withdraw at the time of the picture on the left. Now I am losing, and continuing to lose everything I tried to fight for, and I cannot even withdraw what I currently have. Brokerage firm transfer is still in progress, but expecting the request to be denied by the brokerage firm being transferred from.

If you are able to help financially, we all will always be extremely grateful, I am wanting to be able to let my family member not need to work anymore, and help recover, I will be able to financially take care of him with my job.

I ask if anything, please read my article and help make a change to the brokerage firm so others will not have to endure any situation like mine again, I have seen others have either similar or other problems that could not be resolved in any timely manner because of their support and security system.
