Brookfield Real Estate Services Fund Declares Monthly Cash Distribution to Unitholders

TORONTO, ONTARIO–(EMWNews – July 16, 2008) – The Brookfield Real Estate Services Fund (TSX:BRE.UN) today declared a cash distribution of $0.104 per unit for the month of July, payable on August 29, 2008 to unitholders of record on the close of business on July 31, 2008.
