TORONTO, ONTARIO–(EMWNews – Aug. 14, 2008) – Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust (“CREIT”) (TSX:REF.UN) today announced its August 2008 monthly distribution in the amount of 11.33 cents per unit (C$1.36 annualized). The August distribution will be payable on September 15, 2008 to Unitholders of record August 29, 2008.
CREIT is a real estate investment trust focussed on accumulating a portfolio of high-quality real estate assets and delivering the benefits of real estate ownership to Unitholders.
