Winter is coming. It’s starting to get cold in the Washington DC area and I want help the homeless in this area. I want to provide winter coats, hats, gloves, scarfs to people less fortunate than I am. The plan is to purchase winter clothing and to donate them to shelters in the metro Washington DC area.
I know I am asking for a bit, but I am hoping people can help before winter hits the hardest (which tends to be around late January, early February. )
If you can not donate money but you would like to donate winter items, I do ask for them to be clean and in great shape (no holes or rips). Just reach out to me and we can talk about pick up or where to send them.
