Comerica Bank Opens New Banking Center and Office in Orlando

    ORLANDO, Fla., July 15 /EMWNews-FirstCall/ -- Comerica Bank has

opened an office and full-service banking center in Orlando in the Dynetech

Building at 111 Magnolia Ave.



    



    With some 7,900 square feet of space on the building's 10th floor, the

facility houses Comerica's Florida commercial real estate team, as well as

wealth management, middle-market lending and small-business services

operations. Comerica Bank's Florida Regional President Randy Nobles said

the bank signed a multi-year lease for the space at Orlando's newest

premiere office location.



    "We couldn't think of a better location than the Dynetech Building,"

said Nobles. "It's in the heart of Orlando's vibrant business center and

we're certain our clients will appreciate its convenient location and

upscale amenities."



    This marks Comerica's 10th office in the state and signals the bank's

continued commitment to providing complete financial services to Florida

business owners and affluent individuals.



    "We have relationships with our clients that often go back several

generations. We're eager to introduce ourselves to more clients in the

Orlando area and show them how we can help meet their financial goals,"

Nobles said.



    The office is led by Rich McCarey, who has been with Comerica for two

years and has more than 22 years of experience in commercial real estate

lending and financial services.



    The banking center, located on the first floor, offers a complete range

of banking services. The center is open Monday - Thursday from 9am to

4:30pm and Friday 9am to 5pm. The center is managed by Mary Marrall.
