CALGARY, ALBERTA–( EMWNews – April 7, 2008) – Enerflex Systems Income Fund (TSX:EFX.UN), is pleased to announce that over the first quarter of the year it has been awarded additional new contracts totalling approximately $67 million. These new contracts are in addition to the two contracts that were previously announced at the beginning of the year. In total, Enerflex’s Engineered Systems segment has announced approximately $243 million in new contracts for 2008.

These new orders include compression packages for Canada, the AustralAsia region and Colombia totalling approximately $15, $29 and $6 million respectively. The remaining order of approximately $17 million was awarded to Enerflex’s Production and Processing division based in Nisku, Alberta by China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau (CPP) for supply of two trains of produced water treatment packages for a water treatment plant in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
