Espo’s Announces the Acquisition of Bona Coffee Holdings Corp.

NEW YORK, NY–(EMWNews – August 11, 2008) – Espo’s Surf & Sport Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ESPS)

announces the acquisition of 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of

Bona Coffee Holdings Corp. Bona Coffee Holdings Corp., incorporated in the

Philippines, is a holding company whose businesses consist of coffee shops,

furniture & jewelry stores, real estate, a casual wear clothing line, and a

spa in Manila, Philippines.

The transaction closed on August 1, 2008. Following the acquisition

of Bona Coffee Holdings Corp., ESPS spun off its retail action sporting

good business to its wholly owned subsidiary Espo East Corp. Current

management of ESPS resigned as officers and directors effective upon

closing of the transaction. The new officers and directors of the Company

are Jose Luis Gonzalez, Candace Schmidt, and Robert Mesa. The Company

intends to change its name to Bona Coffee Holding Corp. in the near future.

The new home office of Bona Coffee Holdings Corp. is Unit H, PSCOR

Building, Elizalde Street, BF Commercial Plaza, Paranaque City, 1720
