LunaBoston.com Acquires Web-Based Segment of The Purse Store

upscale handbags and accessories, has acquired the online assets of The

Purse Store, a clothing and accessories retailer based in Baltimore,

Maryland. The Purse Store recently announced plans to liquidate its

e-commerce site as well as its brick-and-mortar store locations.



    Acquisition of The Purse Store's web-based segment included purchase of

the company's URL, http://www.thepursestore.com. Beginning August 15, all

traffic to this website will be automatically redirected to

http://www.LunaBoston.com.
