My name is Michael Day. The picture is of my 2 beautiful daughters Macy and Molly. I started this campaign to raise money to help us survive the coming months. I have been out of work since March of this year due to the deteriorating condition of my hips, knees, and back.
In 2011 I had a spinal fusion and 2018 looks to include a total hip replacement. We are hoping to get by and not lose everything we have worked so hard to build.
