MonArc Corp (MONA) PP365 Exclusive Korea Agreement

announce that it has successfully negotiated an exclusive agreement with

the South Korea WEAVER INTERACTIVE INC online game developer 3guo. PP3656

will become the China mainland exclusive distributor for Weaver. PP365 will

with its preparatory technology begin offering sub distributors both

retail, and online with joint source coding that will ensure it receives

its revenue share portion of the online games from the sub distributors.

The issuer plans to launch a beta test of this technology by next week so

to immediately commence earning revenues.

The issuer also intends to seek a buyer of its North American operations so

start up company that has expressed serious interest in acquiring MONA's

North American assets, and operations. That issuer trades in Germany, on
