The series host is Greg Duyka, On Center Software senior product
application specialist, who shares insights on topics such as solutions
for everyday estimating issues, and how to properly determine production
rates and labor budgets through use of a simple “time
trial.”
The On Center Software podcasts are intended to help inform construction
industry professionals about issues of importance to them in a succinct
format that delivers all the value of a seminar at the listener’s

A podcast is a digitally recorded broadcast or similar program, made
available for online listening or for downloading to personal audio
players including iPods, computers, MP3 players, PSPs, PDAs, and some
cell phones and car stereos. Podcasts use a form of broadcasting called
Real Simple Syndication (RSS), which allows users to “subscribe”
to specific content feeds from the Internet.
“Through the podcast technology, listeners can
subscribe to the entire audio series and automatically receive new
