Resources Appoints Nestor Gonzalez-Monroy as Managing Director in Mexico

announced the appointment of Nestor Gonzalez-Monroy as managing director

overseeing Resources' Mexican operations, effective immediately.



    In this role, Mr. Gonzalez-Monroy, 35, will be responsible for managing

Resources' Mexican operations, including offices in Tijuana and Mexico

City, and supporting and growing Resources' client relationships as the

company expands in Latin America. Mr. Gonzalez-Monroy oversees a staff of

10 people in Mexico and reports to Joni Noel, San Diego-based regional

managing director.

is a seasoned executive with extensive finance and accounting experience

    Before joining Resources, Mr. Gonzalez-Monroy served as corporate

controller for Management Dynamics, Inc., a leading provider of Global

Trade Management solutions where he was responsible for overseeing the

activities of the accounting department, implementing internal controls and

business processes, leading the annual business plan, and financial

reporting. Prior to that, he worked for Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, an

affiliate of Johnson & Johnson, as a finance manager where he provided

financial support and leadership to manufacturing operations, customer

technical support, financial compliance, and worldwide marketing; in

addition, he was responsible for WW sales reporting and analytics, and for

providing financial leadership to the Company's worldwide strategic

planning process. He began his career in public accounting with the firm

Deloitte & Touche in Mexico City.



    Mr. Gonzalez-Monroy received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from

Escuela Bancaria y Comercial, S.C. in Mexico City and a Masters of Business

Administration from Villanova University's School of Business, Radnor,

Pennsylvania.
