I trying to raise money to take care of my Brother Vancy James.After being missing for over a year he was found homeless and Mentally Unstable in Richmond Kentucky.
Apparently he slightly slip away mentally after his Wife was tragically killed in a Car accident.I found out that he had become a ward of the State but was not being taken care of properly.At this point I have to travel back to Richmond Kentucky from South Carolina to Court to have Custody turned over to me.Please if you can Help me and my Brother through this Process we’d be So Grateful.Thank You and God Bless
