Sunevap successfully delivered 2 whole-sets of MVR equipment to South Korea, showcasing Chinese manufacturing

After a week of relentless efforts, Sunevap has successfully accomplished the delivery of 2 whole-sets of mechanical vapor re-compression (MVR) evaporation crystallization equipment to South Korea. This shipment scale is unprecedented as our company achieved its first-ever successful delivery of nearly 50 containers in one time. These containers encompass a diverse range of machinery and crucial components, each possessing distinct characteristics that necessitate special packing and securing measures to ensure seamless transportation. Our teams meticulously prepared, sorted, and packed every item with utmost care to guarantee the safety and integrity throughout transit.

Through this practice, our delivery capability has successfully withstood the test, thereby enhancing our expertise and providing invaluable guidance for the seamless execution of future projects, including those of larger scale.

MVR, short of mechanical vapor re-compression, is a steam mechanical recompression technology that utilizes the energy of secondary steam to reduce the reliance on external energy. The MVR evaporator, an energy-saving technology, reuses the heat from its own generated secondary steam.

The working process of MVR involves compressing low-temperature steam using a compressor to increase temperature and pressure, thereby increasing enthalpy. This compressed steam then enters the heat exchanger for condensation, effectively harnessing the latent heat of the steam. Throughout the entire evaporation process, except during startup, any secondary steam produced by the evaporator without raw steam is compressed by the compressor to raise both pressure and temperature. This results in an increase in heat enthalpy before being sent as heating steam to maintain a boiling state for liquid materials within the heating chamber of the evaporator. Simultaneously, this heating steam condenses into water. Consequently, previously discarded or wasted steam can be fully utilized with recovered latent heat while improving thermal efficiency and economic benefits.

Sunevap, founded in 2006, is the leading Chinese high-tech enterprise specialized in the R&D, production, installation and commissioning of MVR (Mechanical Vapor Re-compression) evaporation crystallization system. Since its inception, Sunevap is committed to developing innovative process designs and cutting-edge technology for our industrial clients across diverse markets.

Our factory is located in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China, covered an area of 50,000 square meters. There are more than 500 employees including 80 technical guys and 80 debugging & installation staff. We have got 124 patents, serviced over 800 customers with over 1000 projects.

Sunevap is able to design according to GB, ASME and EN standard and make sure whole system can be certificated with CE. With more than 17 years’ project experience, we has developed series of high end evaporation crystallization system, successfully applied to wastewater treatment and valuable resource recovery. Our equipment has been exported to US, Europe and Southeast Asia etc.

In future,we will accelerate the explore pace and make more efforts to expand market share in Europe,Southeast,South Africa,Australia etc. Starting from “new” and moving towards “green”, we aim to construct a green, low-carbon, and sustainable energy system while actively contributing to a greener and more harmonious future.
