McGrath to Play Significant Online Role to Strengthen Diversified Media

                         Brand and Broaden Coverage

SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 18 /EMWNews/ -- TechInsights' EE Times

(http://www.eetimes.com), a premiere news and information source for the

Creators of Technology, announced today that technology/business

electronics. During that period, he broke and pursued a number of business

stories related to stock option backdating.

"We are excited to have Dylan back on our online news team," said Junko

after 35 years of delivering news in a tabloid newspaper format. While the

weekly magazine, also available in a digital version called EE Times Edge,

is dedicated to those who seek big-picture analysis of developments in the

industry, new technologies and global market trends, EE Times is also

committed to delivering up-to-the-minute breaking news via online, RSS

feeds and Mobile edition.

"Dylan's return broadens our online coverage in Silicon Valley, and

beefs up our diversified media activities even further," added Yoshida.

the past 12 years, mainly within the semiconductor industry. Most recently,

McGrath worked at Autodesk Inc. as corporate intranet editor.

Before joining EE Times in 2005, McGrath worked for more than six years

as a writer and account manager with Loomis Group, Inc., an integrated

marketing agency that represents a number of leading semiconductor

equipment and materials companies. Prior, McGrath covered semiconductor

capital equipment, manufacturing, and electronic design automation for

Electronic News.

"I am thrilled to be coming back to one of the most respected

electronics publishing organizations in the world," said McGrath. "I look

forward to contributing to the continued success of EE Times."

University, Sacramento and completed a master's degree in English/creative

writing from San Francisco State University.
