Texas State Government makes failed assassination attempt on prominent blacklivematter author Henry Keculah Jr.

Judge David Hittner sent two black vans with court marshals to Henry Keculah Jr. home in Katy, Texas on June 10th 2024. The bench warrant was fake, and Keculah went on a high-speed chase to escape. Judge David Hittner was appointed by President Ronald Reagan in 1986. The case was moved to Federal court by Lugenbuhl, Wheaton, Peck, Rankin & Hubbard law firm partners Carin L. Marcussen and Ladonna G. Schexnyder without any Subject matter jurisdiction and diversity in federal case 4:23-cv-3499 in Southern District of Texas.

Judge David Hittner and ASI Lloyds, Inc., conspired together to cover up the incident. Judge Hittner signed fined the Plaintiff $127,026.88 on February 5th, 2024 in a exparte hearing. Judge Hittner letter signed an order to freeze Keculah, his mother, father, and sisters and take their homes.

On March 2nd at 2024 1:50 PM, she emailed him, “Get a life, loser.” Because of Judge Hittner’s bully-styled behavior, Keculah’s attornies were afraid to file into the case to represent him.
