The Forzani Group Ltd. Completes Normal Course Issuer Bid

CALGARY, ALBERTA–(EMWNews – July 15, 2008) – The Forzani Group Ltd. (TSX:FGL) (the “Company”) today announced that it has purchased, and returned to treasury for cancellation, the entire 2,664,376 Class “A” common shares (“Common Shares”) it was authorized to purchase pursuant to its normal course issuer bid which commenced March 28, 2008 (the “Bid”) with an expiry date of March 27, 2009. All purchases were made through the facilities of the TSX.

The Bid was put in place because the Company believes that the Common Shares are undervalued in the market and are a good investment for the Company at current and recent prices. As at today the Company has 30,468,045 Common Shares outstanding.
