to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, TAIS, has signed a

Reservation Sales Solution agreement with GDS Galileo. The RSS Interface

implemented between TAIS’s reservation system Sirena-2.3 and GDS Galileo

provides full access to End Users of Sirena-2.3 to airlines all over the

world for flights emanating from within former Soviet Union countries.

Ultitek anticipates issuing more than 300,000 E-tickets for the year 2008

with a positive impact in revenues and profits.
