LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM–( EMWNews – April 2, 2008) – The Board of Viatrade plc (“Viatrade” “the Company”), the PLUS Markets quoted investment company, announces that following the acquisition of Eurokey Property Ltd (“Eurokey”), formerly Eurocash Group Ltd, it has issued 531,232 new shares in the Company.

These new shares will be issued on the basis of one Viatrade share for every 28 Eurokey shares with no fractional entitlements. The Viatrade shares are valued at the mid price of 8.5p per share. Total consideration for this transaction is GBP45,154.725.

Following this transaction the total number of Viatrade shares in issue is 1,894,232.
