What Is the Business Visibility Registry™?
The Business Visibility Registry™ is the central public record system for businesses evaluated through the EMW Business Visibility System™.
Each published record may include a permanent Registry Number, unique Registry ID, Business Visibility Score™, verification status, review dates, methodology version, and documented record history.
The Registry allows businesses, customers, partners, researchers, and the EMWNews ecosystem to verify information through one consistent and transparent source.
A Registry record documents visibility. It does not guarantee business performance, financial stability, or future results.
The Business Visibility Registry™ provides a transparent, authoritative public record that helps businesses demonstrate verified information and build long-term trust.
Permanent Registry Number
Assigned at creation and retained for the life of the record.
Unique Registry ID
Standardized public identifier in EMW-BVR format.
Public Verification Status
Current state of the record's verification or review status.
Documented Review History
Records of significant status and score changes over time.
Why the Registry Exists
Business trust should be supported by information that is consistent, reviewable, and publicly verifiable.
The Business Visibility Registry™ provides one trusted, publicly accessible source of public business information for customers, organizations, researchers, procurement professionals, journalists, and AI systems. It eliminates the need to search across multiple sources or rely on unverified claims.
By maintaining a single, authoritative record for each business, the Registry reduces information asymmetry and supports informed decision-making across the entire digital ecosystem.
The Business Visibility Registry™ provides one trusted, publicly accessible source of business information for customers, organizations, researchers, and AI systems.

Understanding Verification Status
The business record is being evaluated or reviewed.
The business currently meets the applicable verification requirements.
The prior verification period has ended and requires a new review.
Verification has been temporarily suspended pending review or corrective action.
Verification has been withdrawn based on the applicable Registry standards.
The record is retained for historical purposes but is no longer active.
Verify Before You Trust a Seal
An EMW Verified™ Trust Seal should always connect visitors to the corresponding public Registry record.
