1. Advantages of using Palm EFB fiber or coir Fiber crusher (also called EFB fiber crusher)

Palm EFB fiber crusher is one of the main machines on the EFB pellet production line and the EFB brick production line. It is suitable for cutting the dried EFB fibers into short lengths to be sent to the pelletizer and bricking machine for extruding.

It is also used to cut coir fiber to short, i.e 4-12mm for producing coir substrates.

Advantages of EFB fiber crusher

High cutting efficiency: The machine has a set of rotating knives and two sets of stator knives, both are sharp. Through the shearing of the rotor knives and the stator knives, the EFB fiber is cut off. There is also a screen inside the machine, only when the fibers are short enough will come out of the screen holes.

Simple maintenance: Replacing the knives and screen is easy and convenient. By pushing hydraulic rod, the upper cover of the machine can be opened, and the power is automatically cut off, now the knives can be replaced by losing the bolts. Do the same with another hydraulic rod to replace the screen. The motor and main shaft are driven by the belts, with a low failure rate and simple maintenance.

Wide applicability: Whether it is oil palm fiber, coconut fiber, or coconut husk, as long as the moisture content is below 20%, it can be cut to the desired length.

Reliable operation: The main motor is overload protection, and the feed conveyor and the main motor are intelligent work, when the current of the main motor exceeds the set current, the feed conveyor automatically stops; when the current of the main motor drops to the set current, The feeding conveyor automatically resumes feeding.

2. How to choose a good quality palm EFB fiber crusher?
