Somnall Seoung a.k.a Sam has been in the States since the early 80s. Now, in his 60s, He really want to go to Battambang, Cambodia where he’s from to see his only sister there for the last time in this life. But he cannot afford it because he’s on Social Security plus he has Dialysis.
