  • Press passes are non-transferable and must be used only by the individual to whom they are issued
  • Credentials expire annually and must be renewed with updated documentation
  • EMWNews reserves the right to conduct further investigations to establish proof of journalistic activities
  • Misrepresentation of credentials will result in immediate revocation and potential legal action
  • Press passes remain the property of EMWNews and must be returned upon request
  • Use of credentials for commercial or non-journalistic purposes is prohibited
  • Lost or stolen passes must be reported immediately
