The purpose of PaliPM is to make LA project management more accessible, transparent and effective when rebuilding the house, apartment, condo, and/or school after a wildfire.

A Personal Mission Born from Loss

The endeavour is very personal to us,” said John F. Anderson, Co-Founder of PaliPM. Our own home suffered damage, as well as our neighbors’ newly built home, and we’re dedicating the same spirit of service that we gave the Pacific Palisades community to assisting our neighbors rebuild their homes, with confidence and dignity, after wildfire in California.

Anderson has 40 years of real estate industry experience, and Co-Founder Adnan Tapia has 30 years of experience investing in, and developing, real estate businesses, private equity and private asset management. Their combined experience of more than 70 years in handling multimillion-dollar real estate projects is tremendous.
