Acquisition of Common Shares of Pacific Iron Ore Corporation (Formerly, “Klondike Capital Corp.”)
CALGARY, ALBERTA–(EMWNews – July 24, 2008) – Pursuant to the disclosure requirements of applicable securities laws, Cavendish Investing Ltd. (“Cavendish”) reports that it acquired ownership of 19,651,152 common shares (“Common Shares”) in the capital of Pacific Iron Ore Corporation (formerly, “Klondike Capital Corp.”) (the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE:POC), representing approximately 38.08% of the total issued and outstanding Common Shares.
The Company issued the shares to Cavendish at a deemed price of Cdn $0.40 per Common Share in exchange for 19,651,152 common shares in the capital of Emerald Fields Resource Corporation (“Emerald Fields”), a private Alberta company, with which the Company amalgamated to complete its Qualifying Transaction.
