G. Cross as Global Chief Financial Officer to lead all company financial

operations in the U.S., India, Europe and China.

Mr. Cross has extensive experience in strategic business planning, pricing

strategy, supply chain management, systems development, risk and treasury

management, and capital restructuring. He has considerable experience in

mergers and acquisitions, specifically pre-acquisition valuation analysis

and post deal integration strategies — having executed acquisitions in the

$70 million to $100 million range.

Prior to joining Adea, Mr. Cross served as Vice President of Finance for

Microtune, a midsized growth company focused on the development of the RF

silicon tuner market. He has also served in financial management positions

with InterVoice and Micron Electronics.

Mr. Cross is a Business Week Alliance Panelist and consultant with the

Gerson Lehrman Group Accounting Council. He is a Certified Management

Accountant (CMA), and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants

(IMA) and Financial Executives International (FEI). Dan has a Bachelor’s

Degree in Economics and Mathematics, and a Master of Business

Administration Degree from Brigham Young University.
