This is an effort to boost the online presence of my musical act, THE HESH INC., by increasing listeners, followers, and song plays on Spotify.
Spotify is the #1 music streaming service in the world. It has become the most popular way for listeners to enjoy their music and expand their musical tastes, overtaking even the music-download phenomenon of only a few years ago. It is the go-to source for music managers, bookers, and writers seeking to gauge the impact made by independent (“indie”) musicians such as myself.
Having just released a new album, “Soul In Exile 3: Love Runs Aground,” to critical acclaim, I want to advance from local artist and favorite among my friends and family to a name being recognized and discussed in music circles and at least a blip on the public musical consciousness.
In order to do this, I aim to work with a music management/PR firm to get my music “on the map” with boosted/sponsored songs and additions to prominent playlists. This can lead to higher numbers of song plays, which in turn can lead to reviews by prominent music journalists and bloggers, as well as impressions made on managers and bookers who will help put my live act before the public. The funds raised will be used to create this campaign with the PR firm (whose name can be provided upon request).
I would like to begin this PR campaign as soon as possible, so I am putting this fundraising campaign up for 30 days so it can be completed by the end of April 2017.
