Contracts remained an extremely ‘manual,’ often time-consuming part of transporting vehicles. Both dealers and carriers requested our help to digitize contracts and provide a single location to include contracts with the other transaction information. We’ve now fulfilled the request and users have been really pleased with the increased efficiency and ease of documentation.

In the past, contracts were generally faxed back and forth between dealers and carriers, and there was no electronic copy of contracts. Contracts could also be sent digitally via email, but electronic signatures were not available, so the signatures still had to be faxed back and forth. CentralDispatch’s new online contracts include electronic signatures, so faxes are no longer required to complete vehicle transportation.

Further, dealers can now have more control over the process by simply copying and pasting their own contracts on CentralDispatch.com. The new feature is fast and easy to use and contracts can now be managed in minutes, rather then hours or days. CentralDispatch strives to continually improve the speed and ease of managing vehicle transportation and the new feature is the latest advancement in continuous improvement for dealers, auctions and carriers.

“We get a lot of feedback from CentralDispatch.com users and we take it very seriously,” commented Joe Steinberger, VP of Product and Business Development for CentralDispatch. “Contracts remained an extremely ‘manual,’ often time-consuming part of transporting vehicles.
