CHiL Semiconductor Receives ISO 9001: 2000 Certification

  Verifies ongoing quality and reliability of Power Management IC products



    TEWKSBURY, Mass., Aug. 12 /EMWNews/ -- CHiL Semiconductor, an

innovative developer of mixed-signal power management ICs for use in a wide

variety of computing devices, today announced that it has obtained ISO

9001: 2000 certification from TUV SUD America Inc., Management Service

Division. This certification demonstrates CHiL Semiconductor's commitment

to the effective management of internal processes to meet international

quality requirements and better serve customer requirements.

    CHiL Semiconductor implemented a business quality management system

upon its founding two years ago. As part of the year-long ISO process, TUV

SUD America, an independent third-party auditing firm, performed on-site

assessments, examined documented procedures, and audited overall

operations. This process culminated in ISO certification in May of 2008.
