David Moore, Chairman and CEO of DRC, stated that the concept has been in the works for a few years, and is now complete and operational in 19 cities. The concept complements the Direct Response Concepts City Rewards Program (www.cityrewardsprogram.com). Current advertisers of City Rewards Program Franchisees/Licensees can now send text message coupons to consumers via the websites. The coupons are available on demand, and users can now choose to print the coupons or have them sent directly to their cell phone. City Rewards Program has delivered over $4 million to date in coupons and savings to consumers.
Direct Response Concepts is a new and upcoming company and brainchild of David Moore, who started the original concept in Charlotte, NC in 2001. Moore decided to start Direct Response Concepts to franchise out the original concept (www.charlottecoupons.com) in December of 2007. DRC is quickly becoming a leader in online coupon distribution with 19 new cities in the United States utilizing the City Rewards Program technology since December of 2007.
