Something alarming has been happening in my life. You see, I been the victim of harassment and retaliation in the workplace. Worse yet, this happened while I am working for the federal government.

Let me fill you in.

I became concerned when I was followed by one of my harassers from the parking garage, right into my cubicle and would not leave my cubicle until I was about to pick up the phone and call the police. This had happened multiple times. Despite my apparent concerns, this was never acknowledged by the higher-ups. They didn’t care.

Naturally, this turbulent relationship spiraled out of control. In retaliation, to protect this person, upper-management has excluded me from participating in career development opportunities, provided me with negative performance evaluations with no explanation for why, and even when I go through the proper chain of command for filing complaints about the aforementioned working conditions, I am written up. This hostile working environment has prevented me from doing my job. This has been super stressful for me. According to my doctor, these conditions are the source of the panic attacks.

Long story short, I am pursuing an EEO case against my employer. And, as you can imagine, taking on the federal government in court is no joke.

They have an almost unlimited supply of money and legal backing.

It will be Jonathan vs. one of the largest entities in the world, the United States Federal Government.

Since I’ve been experiencing panic attacks after these traumatizing experiences at work, I’ve been left with no other options. I am unable to work even part-time jobs and now lives paycheck to paycheck.

How This Mistreated Worker Is Planning On Fighting Back

My EEO case against my employer will begin in a matter of weeks. First, I’ll need to give my lawyer a deposit to continue her most needed help.

This EEO case will not only help me; it should send a message to others who are also being mistreated at work.

In a fair system, workers would be protected from mistreatment by both corporations and governments.
