Golar’s 2nd Quarter 2008 results will be released on Thursday, August

14, 2008. In connection with this a webcast presentation will be held

at 3.00 P.M (London Time) on Thursday, August 14, 2008. This will be

followed by Q&A session. The presentation will be available to

download from the Investor Relations section at www.golarlng.com
