Hilton Family Hotels Invite Guests to Experience Waterfalls Exhibit in New York City

 New Package Offers Sightseeing Boat Tour of Groundbreaking Installation by

                              Olafur Eliasson



    NEW YORK, Aug. 13 /EMWNews/ -- To celebrate New York City's

groundbreaking Waterfalls installation, Hilton Family hotels are providing

travelers an up-close view of the innovative art exhibit with a sightseeing

cruise down the East River. Ranging from 90 to 120 feet tall, the four

electrically-powered Waterfalls are strategically placed along the East

River at Governors Island, Manhattan's Pier 35, the Brooklyn Bridge and

between Brooklyn's Piers 4 and 5.



    The package is available at Hilton New York, Waldorf Astoria and

Millenium Hilton, and it includes spacious accommodations for two and

tickets for a one-hour cruise with audio narration. The boat tour offers

panoramic views of the man-made Waterfalls, created by renowned artist

Olafur Eliasson and commissioned by the Public Art Fund. The Waterfalls

exhibit operates seven days a week from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and is lit

after sunset.



    All four New York City Waterfalls are visible from the South Street

Seaport so travelers can view the works of art from land as well. Guests

will receive a South Street Seaport gift bag, which includes one coupon

booklet filled with discounts to shop, dine and explore the historic

neighborhood. Guests are also encouraged to dine along the water's edge at

Harbour Lights Restaurant, where they will receive a complimentary glass of

wine or dessert with each entree purchase.
