(S3) Practice has been assessed at Capability Maturity Model Integration

(CMMI(R)) Maturity Level 3. The CMMI is an industry best-practices model

for project and engineering management established by Carnegie Mellon

University's Software Engineering Institute in collaboration with

government and industry experts. This Level 3 rating indicates that HPTi's

software processes are defined and institutionalized across the

organization.
