Humphrey Taylor is chairman of The Harris Poll, a position he

has held since 1994. With more than 40 years of experience, Mr.

Taylor has had overall responsibility for more than 8,000 surveys in

80 countries. Mr. Taylor is also chairman of the National Council on

Public Polls and a board member for the Roper Center for Public

Opinion Research.
