reception, which will be attended by delegates, officials, and VIP guests.

The panel discussion includes columnist Arianna Huffington, the Olivia

Miller family, and executives of technology companies. Congresswoman

Allyson Schwartz of Pennsylvania, a champion of recent Medicare

e-prescribing legislation, is the keynote speaker.
