The Northern Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (NOVAHCC) proudly announces the 6th edition of the National Diversity Career Expo 2024. This year’s event is organized in partnership with Marymount University, the first Hispanic-Serving Institution in Virginia. The two-day event will take place on September 18th and 19th at the Marymount University Ballston Center, located at 1000 N Glebe Rd, Arlington, VA 22201. This event is designed to connect diverse job seekers with a wide array of employers.
Event Highlights:
September 18th: Career Development Summit
On the first day, attendees will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights from Marymount University faculty and participating employers. The day will focus on enhancing resume-building skills, mastering interview techniques, and exploring other essential career-related topics. These sessions are designed to equip job seekers with the tools they need to succeed in a competitive job market.
September 19th: Job Expo
The second day is dedicated to the Job Expo, where employers from various industries will meet with diverse, qualified candidates. This year, the Expo will feature top employers from fields such as technology, transportation, healthcare, banking, retail, hotel and hospitality, sales, management, real estate, and education.
