                              Orsu Announces Grant of Options

Orsu Metals Corporation ("Orsu", or the "Company") (AIM: OSU, TSX: EPM), the

London-based base and precious metal mining, development and exploration company,

announce the granting of options (the ?Options?) over its common shares to the

Directors of the Company as follows:

The Options were granted pursuant to the Company's Share Option Scheme at an exercise price of CAD$0.83.



The Options will vest as to one-quarter on each of 31 December 2008, 30 June 2009, 31 December 2009 and

30 June 2010 and may not be exercised later than 12 July 2015.



In addition a combined total of 6,625,000 options were granted to company employees and consultants, on

the same terms and subject to the same vesting period as above.
