announces that William T. Yeates, has joined Sensus as Vice President of

its Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Electric business unit and

that George Uram has been appointed Vice President, Industry and Regulatory

Affairs.



    Yeates has twenty-four years of global engineering, sales and

operations experience. He was previously with Power-One, Inc., a power

conversion and power management products company, where he was Chief

Executive Officer. His experience also includes more than fifteen years

with AT&T/Lucent Technologies in various engineering and sales leadership

roles throughout the U.S. and Asia. Yeates holds a BS in Electrical

Engineering and an MBA from Louisiana Technical University.

    In his role, Yeates will lead Sensus' continued growth in the AMI &

Electric markets focusing on technology and solutions development and

deployment, CEM operations and sales and marketing.



    Sensus also announced that George Uram was appointed to the newly

created position of Vice President, Industry and Regulatory Affairs. Uram,

who previously served as Vice President of the AMI and Electric business

unit, was instrumental in launching Sensus' entry into these markets. He

will now focus his extensive experience full time on utility industry

issues and regulatory affairs.



    Of Uram's new appointment, Peter Mainz said, "We created the new

position of Vice President, Industry and Regulatory Affairs in recognition

of the tremendous change and evolution occurring in the AMI and Electric

markets and our leading role in these markets. George, with more than

thirty years of industry experience, is the ideal person to fill this
