Founded by Oindrila Dasgupta, a single mother of two, and a professional who has navigated her own journey of resilience, She Republic is more than a platform–it is a movement. Recognising the systemic challenges women face, from social stigma to financial dependence, She Republic aims to create a community where no woman has to fight alone.

A Zero-Margin Marketplace for Women Entrepreneurs

In addition to legal and psychological support, She Republic will introduce a zero-margin marketplace exclusively for women artisans and entrepreneurs from SEC C, D, and E backgrounds from all over the country. This initiative will ensure that sellers retain complete control over their inventory while buyers cover shipping costs, creating a fair, transparent, and sustainable economic opportunity.
