“Company”) announced today that its patent pending liquid cooled “LED”

phototherapy machine has met the preliminary FDA requirements. The Company

has entered into an agreement with an FDA approved independent consulting

and testing laboratory to conduct the remaining tests in order to obtain

final 510(k) FDA Clearance, UL approval, CSA C22.2 #601.1, IEC 60601-1, IEC

60601-1-2, CENELEC EN 60601-1, and the CE mark. The compliance with

international regulations should further increase foreign exports.

The Company’s patent pending liquid cooling technology allows for much

greater output levels than previous existing technology, resulting in more

dramatic results in less time.
