Bangkok, Thailand Aug 17, 2026 (EMWNews.com) – The Yool Lab Korea, Edugo Planet Co., Ltd., and Neurolink AI Co., Ltd. formalized a trilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the 8th Floor Meeting Room, School of Management, University of Phayao (Bangkok Campus, Witthayu Road) to initiate joint cross-border research and commercial projects across the ASEAN market.
The signing ceremony was attended by executive leadership and key representatives from all three organizations, led by Dr. Hwang Byung Yool, Founder of The Yool Lab Korea, together with Mr. Lee Kyung Ho, alongside Mr. Paranu Chaidilok, President and Board Member of Neurolink AI Co., Ltd., Mr. Watthanasakon Rakpathum, Co-Founder of Edugo Planet Thailand and Vietnam, Mr. Bulakorn Suwanmalai, and Mr. Arnon Puengpanwuth, executive board members representing Neurolink AI Co., Ltd. and Edugo Planet Co., Ltd.
The partnership aims to combine the operational resources and technical capabilities of the three entities across four sectors: healthcare, medical artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and educational technology.

The Yool Lab Korea: Contributes clinical protocols, biotechnology research, and medical skin health application frameworks to support regional healthcare initiatives.

Edugo Planet Co., Ltd.: Deploys AI-driven learning assessment platforms and institutional networks–developed with innovation grant support from the National Innovation Agency (NIA) and the National Research and Innovation Information System (NRIIS) under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), Thailand–to facilitate workforce training and credentialing programs.

Neurolink AI Co., Ltd.: Provides clinical integration pathways for neuro-diagnostic software, including Acute Stroke Triage systems and Brain Aging Screening diagnostics, alongside distribution channels for the Eterna wellness dietary supplement.
The trilateral agreement establishes a collaborative framework to translate cross-disciplinary research and artificial intelligence applications into commercial and clinical deployment throughout the ASEAN region.
