S&T Bancorp, Inc. Announces Appointment of Executives in Wealth Management, Financial Services
INDIANA, Pa., Aug. 4 /EMWNews/ -- S&T Bank (Nasdaq: STBA), a full-service financial institution with branch locations in 10 Pennsylvania counties, is pleased to announce the appointment of three key executives: -- Clifford McBroom has been named senior vice president, S&T Financial Services. In his new role, McBroom will provide personal financial planning and consulting services to both individuals and corporations. McBroom is a series 7, 63 and 66 licensed financial planner and has earned the following designations: CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(TM), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS). He specializes in business and corporate retirement plans. Prior to joining S&T Bank in 1999, McBroom was employed by NatCity Investments. For 20 years prior to that, he served as president of his family-owned True Value home center and equipment rental business. McBroom graduated from Saint Francis University with a bachelor's degree in business management. He is a former member of the Latrobe Area Chamber of Commerce, where he also served as chairman of the board of directors. In addition, McBroom has served as a volunteer at the Adelphoi Village for Troubled Youth in Latrobe, PA. -- David A. Finui has been named vice president and director of business development. In this role, Finui is responsible for the oversight and management of sales and service strategies for S&T Wealth Management Group and S&T Financial Services. A 32-year veteran of the financial services industry, Finui previously served as senior vice president, senior wealth management officer and chief retail officer of Irwin Bank. Prior to his time at Irwin Bank, he spent nine years as an investment broker. Finui holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics and economics from the University of Pittsburgh and a master's in business administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is also an honors graduate from the University of Colorado's Graduate School of Banking and the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Trust School at Bucknell University and is currently enrolled in the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(TM) certification program. Finui serves on the board of the Excela Health Foundation in Greensburg and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Professional Development Policy Committee in Harrisburg. -- DeeJay Bonson has been named vice president and financial advisor for S&T Financial Services. Bonson assists clients with cash flow analysis, risk management, education funding, retirement planning, minimizing taxes, estate planning and professional money management. Prior to joining S&T Financial Services, Bonson worked as an independent financial advisor with Pennsylvania Financial Consultants. She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and currently holds Series 7 and 63 licenses. Bonson obtained the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations from the American College, Bryn Mawr. Additionally, she obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(TM) certification from the CFP Board.
