MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO–( EMWNews – April 8, 2008) – Strongco Income Fund (the “Fund”)(TSX:SQP.UN) announced today that the distribution of $0.10 for April 2008, consisting of $0.05 per unit in cash and $0.05 per unit in additional units, will be payable on May 20, 2008 to unitholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2008. The additional units will be issued at a deemed price equal to the volume-weighted average price of all units of the Fund traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”) on the 10 trading days preceding the record date. Unitholders will receive cash in lieu of the issuance of fractional units.

The Fund is a trust established to hold the securities of Strongco Limited Partnership, a full-line equipment sales and service provider. Its units are listed on the TSX and its website can be accessed at www.strongco.com.
