I am fundraising for a Mobility Assistance Service Dog. The dog is donated free to recipient, however the funds are for start up costs only, as required for application process for supplies, vest, bed, veterinary funds, etc. I am on disability income and recovering from surgery and unable to raise fees alone right now.
