Transgender Jobs platform

More than a quarter of transgender people have lost their jobs due to prejudice, and more than three quarters have experienced some form of discrimination at work. Refusal to hire, privacy violations, harassment and even physical and sexual violence at work are common and are experienced at even higher rates by transgender people of color. Many people say they change jobs to avoid discrimination or the risk of discrimination. Extreme levels of unemployment and poverty lead one in eight to become involved in underground economies.

I am a transgender computer scientist, so my goal is to create a platform for our community to find decent work.
