Update: Dev Ganesan Appointed President and CEO of Aptara, Inc.

Additional Financial Commitment Received From American Capital, Ltd.

Ganesan has been named the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to becoming a member of Aptara’s management team, Mr. Ganesan was CEO

of Intelliworks, Inc., a CRM software company, and TRADOS, Inc., a

globalization software company. Previously, Mr. Ganesan was executive vice

president and chief financial officer of Advance Communication Systems,

Inc., a $220 million IT services company. He played a key role in ACS’ IPO

and follow-on offering and was responsible for completing five strategic

acquisitions over a three year period.
