Los Angeles, California Aug 31, 2026 (EMWNews.com) – Valiant Eagle, Inc. (OTCID: PSRU) (“Valiant Eagle” or the “Company”) today announced continued expansion of The Fury Line, an apparel, lifestyle and emerging entertainment brand owned by its subsidiary Providence Film Group, following approximately 15% average month-over-month sales growth since launch.

Providence Film Group is working to transform The Fury Line from an apparel launch into a broader consumer, media and intellectual-property platform, combining commerce infrastructure, owned social-media distribution, entertainment development and international expansion. While management is encouraged by the growth to date, The Fury Line remains an emerging business, and historical growth rates should not be considered indicative of future performance.

Multichannel Commerce

The Fury Line currently sells through Shopify, Pinterest, Etsy and additional online platforms, with an Amazon marketplace launch anticipated within the coming weeks. Management believes reducing dependence on any single platform — and eventually adding India as an international market — positions the brand to reach consumers across a wider range of channels.

Owned Social-Media Distribution

The brand owns or controls nearly 100 social-media accounts across five platforms. Providence intends to develop this network into a coordinated distribution system supporting product launches, content, talent partnerships, television promotion, international-market content and customer acquisition — giving the Company a way to reach audiences directly rather than relying solely on third-party discovery.

International Expansion

Providence is beginning international expansion with India, selected for its population scale, growing digital-commerce ecosystem and social-media usage. The strategy may ultimately combine digital commerce, localized marketing, partnerships, licensing and entertainment content, with additional markets evaluated over time.

Product and Brand Expansion

Providence intends to grow The Fury Line’s catalog through new collections, limited editions, IP-driven merchandise, licensing and creator or athlete collaborations — aiming to generate more value from the existing brand and audience across additional touchpoints.

High-Profile Talent Discussions

Management is in discussions with several recognizable personalities, including a boxing figure who has expressed interest in the brand’s development. No definitive agreement has been reached with this individual or others under discussion, and no one should be considered affiliated with The Fury Line unless and until a definitive agreement is executed. Providence will announce specific relationships separately if and when finalized.

Television and Entertainment Development

Providence is developing television concepts built around The Fury Line’s themes of martial arts, competition, discipline and personal transformation, including a fighting-competition reality concept. Management believes a successful entertainment property could extend the brand’s reach and create additional sponsorship, licensing and merchandise opportunities. These projects remain in development, with no assurance of financing, production or distribution.

Management Commentary

Xavier Mitchell, Chief Executive Officer of Valiant Eagle, commented:

“The Fury Line is becoming a much larger opportunity than the business we originally launched. We’re seeing approximately 15% average monthly sales growth, we’ve expanded across multiple commerce platforms, we control nearly 100 social-media accounts across five platforms, and we’re preparing to enter Amazon and begin our India expansion.”

Mitchell continued: “We’re not trying to build another apparel website — we’re developing a platform where products, social distribution, talent, IP and entertainment can strengthen each other. We have several high-profile individuals in discussions, including a major boxing figure, and Providence is developing television properties around the brand. These are meaningful opportunities.”

Mitchell concluded: “Our job now is to turn these opportunities into operating execution, revenue, assets and long-term enterprise value.”
