Walking Badges Shoe Drive

Walking Badges is a program started by a couple of Officers with the Fort Myers Police Department. Officers along with members of the Young L.E.O program work together to raise funds to purchase new shoes.This programs initiative is to assist local children in the community and provide them with new shoes for back to school. These children are of low income, currently in Foster homes or have been victims of a violent crime.

As we all know the commencement of the new school year is stressful for many low income families, this initiative helps alleviate the weight on families already struggling.

We are asking for any monetary donations. All monies collected go straight to this great program!

Last year, Our program provided 145 school age children (5- 13 years of age) with brand new shoes!

This year we are hoping to reach more families but we need your assistance! Any amount would be a blessing.
