Crosstown Capital Partners Appoints Scott C. Andrews as General Counsel

Columbus, Indiana May 20, 2026 (EMWNews.com) – Crosstown Capital Partners, a Columbus-based private investment firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Scott C. Andrews as General Counsel.

Andrews brings more than two decades of legal experience spanning corporate law, governance, litigation, and public service. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University and his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, beginning his career as a federal judicial clerk before returning to Columbus to build a business-focused legal practice.

Over the course of his career, Andrews has served as a Deputy Prosecutor in Bartholomew County, Associate Attorney at Indianapolis based law firm Rubin & Levin, PC, Partner at Coriden, Coriden, Andrews & Glover, LLC, and founder of Andrews Law Office, LLC. His practice has concentrated on business and corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, municipal representation, and general litigation. He has also been appointed on multiple occasions to serve as a judge pro tempore in Bartholomew County.

As General Counsel, Andrews will oversee legal strategy across the firm and its portfolio companies. His responsibilities will include transaction structuring, governance oversight, regulatory compliance, and risk management as Crosstown continues to scale its platform investments.
